Most juices are high carb but work great for a pre-workout drink to boost energy.
Next you add some fresh or frozen fruit for an antioxidant boost and added fiber. Stawberries are high fiber and low carb and go well with bananas for the all popular strawberry/banana smoothie. If using frozen fruit you should use less ice or else it'll end up too thick. You can also add nuts and protein powders to target certain nutritious needs. Add ice to your liking, blend and enjoy. I personally add very little ice, but my wife likes it thick.
Healthy Smoothies are great because they are so convenient. Eating healthy is hard these days, but with a blender you control your diet easily and nutritiously.
