Gargling with a decoction of coriander seeds is one of the most popular natural home remedies for Mouth Ulcers.

Fresh coconut milk also serves as a good Mouth Ulcers home remedy. Simply gargle with this milk at least three to four times in a day to heal Mouth Ulcers naturally.

Prepare a paste of powdered root bark of Indian Gooseberry and some honey. Apply this mixture on the affected area to get rid of this problem and provide quick relief.

Add salt in raw bitter gourd and keep it under the Sun. Extract the juice and add it in water. Rinse the mouth with this water for quick relief in mouth ulcers.

Avoid spicy hot food, alcohol, and smoking.

Clean the tongue regularly but not harshly. Use toothpaste, mouthwash which suits you, if you feel you are getting the problem due to it, change it. You may be allergic to it.
